Had a great thanksgiving weekend at this hotel! Wonderful complementary breakfast buffet with plenty of options to fuel a day out in the nearby onsen. The hotel was also in a great location, perfect for exploring nearby parks and attractions. The staff was helpful and made great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Best of all, the kids loved the hotel's pool area and had a blast.
Our room was a bit small for a family of four, and the heating system was a bit too warm for our liking. It was also a bit noisy early in the morning, which disrupted our sleep a bit.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, nestled in a peaceful and quiet area surrounded by nature. The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, with some rooms even offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
The onsen is a bit crowded, possibly due to the size of the hotel.

We stayed here during Christmas and loved the festive decor and ambiance. The onsen was a highlight with both indoor and outdoor options. We also enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The location was perfect with parks and attractions nearby.
We couldn't book dinner upon arrival and were unable to find an available restaurant nearby, leaving us with limited options. We ended up having to resort to cup ramen for two evenings which was not ideal.

The hotel’s spacious rooms and stunning panoramic views are two standout features. Additionally, the lush surrounding nature offers an ideal retreat from busy city life.
While the onsen hot springs are enjoyable, the facilities can get quite crowded at peak times. Additionally, the distance from the train station may be an inconvenience for those without access to a car.
